Hallmark Barns SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description
Hallmark Barns is the commonly used business name of Hallmark Portable Buildings.
Our SMS messaging program provides customers who have opted in with communications regarding their portable building purchases.
Messages may include:

Customer-requested electronic document-signing links.

Building order and delivery status notifications.

Customer-requested links to independent third-party financing providers.
We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
2. Enrollment and Consent
Customers may enroll by selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox on a Hallmark Barns website form or by providing explicit verbal consent to an authorized sales representative after reviewing the program disclosures.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing a building.
By enrolling, you authorize Hallmark Barns to send SMS messages to the mobile telephone number you provide.
After enrollment, you will receive a confirmation message.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your order activity and the communications you request.
Order status and delivery notifications may be sent automatically as your building progresses through the order process.
Document-signing links and third-party financing application links are sent only when requested.
4. Messaging Charges
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent and received through this program.
5. Opting Out
You can cancel your participation at any time by replying STOP to any message from Hallmark Barns.
You may also use the supported opt-out keywords UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL.
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
To resume receiving messages, reply START to the same sending number.

7. Electronic Document Signing
Electronic document-signing links may be delivered through dmssign.cloud, a document-signing platform operated by Hallmark Inc, the parent company of Hallmark Portable Buildings.
Each signing link is associated with the customer’s transaction.
Customers can access their signing documents without creating a DMS account.
8. Third-Party Financing Links
When specifically requested during a building purchase, Hallmark Barns may send a link to an independent third-party financing provider.
Hallmark Portable Buildings does not provide the financing offered through those links and does not process applications submitted directly to the financing provider.
Any financing application and resulting agreement are governed by the applicable third-party provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

10. Delivery and Availability
